Our workplace wellbeing programme is developed and delivered by experts in food and nutrition.
Ellie Bain
Nutritionist, ISS
Ellie is a registered dietitian with a Masters in Food Policy and a passion for making healthy, sustainable diets accessible to all.
She studied Nutrition and Dietetics at King’s College London, gaining expertise in clinical and public health nutrition, and translating science into practical advice. She has spent the last eight years working in the food industry, helping to deliver positive impacts on people and the planet.
Now at ISS, Ellie leads the workplace wellbeing programme, creating nutritious, balanced corporate catering environments that nudge customers towards better choices, while delivering evidence-based education and practical nutrition guidance to enhance wellbeing and performance.

Abby Attenborough
Defence Nutritionist, ISS
Abby holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition from the University of Leeds and has built her career across nutrition in catering.
She started in Healthcare as Wellbeing Lead, driving improvements in workplace wellbeing culture, before moving to NHS Supply Chain as a Nutrition Compliance Manager, supporting Trusts in meeting national food and drink standards and delivering nutrition training. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Nutritionist in procurement, overseeing recipe nutrition and allergen analysis.
At ISS, Abby joins as Defence Nutritionist, and will also step into parts of Ellie’s role during her maternity leave.
